Besides all the jokes this wonderful decomposer gives us, we can also give thanks for the great flavor shitakes provide to dishes and for the healing powers they deliver. Our shitakes are waking up from their winter slumber. We gave them a 48 hr bath, flogged them, restacked them and covered them with shade cloth….and POW!
Super H mart’s got nothing on this…feast your eyes on this future feast!!
